Muscle Energy Technique - This is a 90 minute session. The first 30 minutes are for measurements. Measurements are taken fully clothed on the table in flexion and extension of the body. I look for distortions of the pelvis and sacrum. Corrections are a tri-planar assisted correction similar to proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. I will put your leg in a position and ask you to resist with 2 pounds of pressure followed by sacral corrections. Pricing - $150
Clinical Massage Therapy - This 60 minute massage is designed for specific orthopedic conditions. Session will be tailored to your condition. Frozen Shoulder, Trigger finger, Sciatica, Plantar Fasciitis, Dupuytren's Contracture, Migraines, TMJ, etc.

Sports Massage - As a certified yoga teacher, I trained with Gwen Lawrence creator of Power Yoga for Sports. I highly recommend her classes. Therse sessions will be targeted to work the muscles of the sport that you do with a focus on posture. Pricing - $105
Therapeutic Cupping - Silicone cups are used in conjunction with massage strokes to increase circulation, reduce muscle spasms, improve myofascial restrictions, and increase range of motion. The cups will be used with gliding strokes and when appropriate stationary cupping may be used in specific areas or combined with gentle stretching if positioned over a joint. This modality is the perfect add on to a sports or therapeutic massage. *Please note that cupping can leave marks so please allow some downtime (3-7 days) if heading out of a beach vacation or formal event. Add on to your massage for $15
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization - Stainless steel instruments are used to mobilize scar tissue and reduce myofascial adhesions. This modality is a perfect add on to a sports or therapeutic massage for improved range of motion and increased circulation to the tissue. It is also helpful for alleviating chronic conditions such as Tennis/Golfers elbow or Plantar Fasciitis with no downtime required. Add on to your massage for $15
Facial Massage and Cranial Techniques - I am certified in the Split Massage Method of manual face-lifting massage and finishing my certification in the Splitosteoplasty craninal work. This work focuses on posture, facial esthetics, dysfunction in the cranial bones and improving respiration of the cerebral spinal fluid between the skull and sacrum in the pelvis. Gentle work on the cranial bones and targeted work on the facial muscles create amazing results. Facial fillers and Botox are quick fix and actually very toxic. They block lymphatic flow, stretch the skin over time, and can have complications. They also don't address structural concerns such as bone reabsorption, tongue posture, skull sutures and posture. I correct the posture to promote good lymphatic drainage and blood circulation. I address the fascial lines of the body (fun fact: your tongue is connected to your foot!) TMJ, etc. You cannot have a beautiful face with tension in the body. Pricing - Varies based on age and amount of sessions needed to achieve the desired result. Session bundles with discounted rates are available until client reaches monthly maintenance sessions.
